Privacy Policy

FlowRunway is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@flowrunway.com.

• Contact form. When you request a discovery call, we receive the name, email address, company name, and workflow description you enter.
• Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
• Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We don’t use advertising trackers or social media plugins, and we never sell your personal data.

• To reply to your request, arrange a discovery call, and send you a proposal if you ask for one. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and running, and to understand how it is used in aggregate. This is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We won’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list without your consent.

We share personal data only with providers that help us run this website and respond to you:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and usage statistics
• Web3Forms: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
• Our email provider: receiving and answering your messages

These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some are based in, or process data in, countries outside the EEA and UK, such as the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We keep inquiry details only as long as we need them to handle your request. If no project follows, we delete them within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep relevant records for the duration of our work together and for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting.

This website doesn’t set cookies for analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to filter malicious traffic.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, email privacy@flowrunway.com. We’ll respond within one month.

If you’re in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
